About Your Job::
We are seeking a highly talented, experienced and motivated person to join our team as Account Manager in Warsaw.
You will be ultimately responsible for delivering the Revenue Budget for the prescribed portfolio of accounts. The responsibilities of the role will include developing a successful, consistent approach to local and multinational dealing, which drives maximum revenue and minimum cost of sale.
You will work to gain the maximum value for the airline by negotiating Commercial Agreements between the two parties. Additionally you will engage in joint sales and marketing activity to grow the level and quality of QR revenue sold through these partners and driving efficiencies in the distribution processes.
You will maximise value from marketing spend whilst managing an individual expenditure budget and maintaining sales professionalism standards.
About You::
To be successful in this role you will have local market knowledge, solid existing business relationships in the commercial arena and at at least 5 years experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the airline or travel trade. You will have a Bachelors Degree and excellent MS Office skills.
Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills are key to success together with strong commercial acumen and sounds experience negotiating contracts. You will be able to spot and interpret market trends. Effective communication skills in spoken and written English are essential.
