Job Description
With the induction of brand new, state of the art ATR 72 - 600s to our fleet, Villa Air strives to be the most lucrative airline in Maldives that is reliable, safe and comfortable. We intend to branch out both domestically and internationally to achieve both short and long haul efficiency with low cost. We aim for nothing less than excellence and plan to get there with honesty and integrity.
To achieve this vision, we are looking for qualified crew members for the following post.
Position : Captain - ATR 42 / 72 (500 / 600 series)
Minimum Requirements:
To be eligible to apply for the position of Captain with Villa Air, you will need to have:
- A valid ICAO APTL and Class 1 Medical
- English Proficiency Level 4 or higher
- No history of Accidents of Incidents
- Current and Valid ATR 42 / 72 (500 / 600) type rating with last LPC/OPC done within the past 6 months.
- Minimum 5000 hours total flight time
- Minimum 2000 Hours Multi Engine Turbo Prop
- Minimum 1500 Hours on ATR 42 / 72 (500 / 600 series only)
- Minimum 1000 Hours PIC on ATR 42 / 72 (500 / 600 series only)
- Previous Instructor and Examiner experience will be an added advantage
- Having a ATR 72 - 600 Rating will be an added advantage
- Our flight crew are also required to demonstrate strong leadership and managerial skills, proper work ethics, pleasant attitude, flexibility, professionalism and strong communication and teamwork.
Successful candidates will be given the offer letter with the following remunerations
- Salary will be based on Qualifications and experience.
- Paid accommodation in the Capital City Male' or nearby island hotel
- Leave package of 2.5 months ON and 15 days OFF after the completion 6 months of employment in the company.
- Travel Allowance of 1000 USD per Ticket on four occasions annually.
