Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Vice President, People, Performance and Development Department and to the Director, PPD, the incumbent will be responsible for providing high level administrative support to the Vice President, PPD as well as in the area of recruitment and team coordination.

Responsibilities:

Provide high level administrative support and ensure timely presentation and delivery of documentation to the Vice President, PPD as required;
Responsible for the full coordination of the Vice President, PPD business travel and day-to-day scheduling of appointments;
Coordinate the information flow within the PPD department and with external clients at all levels;
Support recruitment efforts by ensuring completion of the relevant administrative approval processes;
Handle employee queries and provide advice on policies, procedures and practices;
Contribute to and provide assistance in the implementation of various PPD projects;
Any other tasks as requested by the Vice President and/or Director PPD.



Required skills:


- University Degree in business administration, law, psychology or relevant field;
2-4 years of professional experience, with at least 2 in a similar position;
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills;
- Highly energetic and motivated individual;
- Good interpersonal skills, strong team player;
- Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines;
Computer literate with proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio;
- Outstanding English; French, Spanish or other European languages would be an asset.
